ADMISSIONS PROCESS

A Clear Path From Registration to Enrollment

We use a structured process so that learners begin with the support, expectations, and placement appropriate for them.

1

Submit Registration

Choose the registration path that applies to you and provide the information we need to begin the admissions process.

2

Registration Review

Our team reviews the submitted information and prepares the appropriate next steps for the learner.

3

Assessment

When level placement is needed, we evaluate Arabic and Quran reading ability, prior learning, and current readiness.

4

Placement

The learner is placed into the program or level that best supports meaningful progress.

5

Enrollment Confirmation

After placement and enrollment requirements are completed, the learner receives confirmation and information for starting the program.

For youth placement: every student receives an Arabic/Quran reading assessment before final placement, regardless of the experience reported during registration. Registration information helps us prepare for the assessment, but it does not determine the student's final level.

LEARNING & PLACEMENT

Starting at the Right Level Matters

Learners come with different backgrounds and levels of experience. Our goal is to build strong foundations before advancing to more demanding reading and memorization work.

Arabic Reading Foundation
Learners who need foundational support develop letters, sounds, joining, fluency, and Quran-reading readiness.

✓

Quran Reading
Learners strengthen accurate, confident reading through a structured progression.

✓

Quran Memorization
Structured memorization (Hifz) begins and progresses according to demonstrated reading readiness.

✓
